登山臨水亦宜稀

Year after year I detect bodily decay;
Day by day I'm aware of former errors.
I still sing with the moon, play with the breeze
But all in lessening degree.
It's rare that I climb mountains or view rivers.
Though I'm as poor as Tzu-p'ing
I've succeeded in manying off my children;
Like Yüan-liang I return drunk to the old garden.
As for the cold food festival
I say to you, A-lien
Let us share our wine,
Sweep clear our brushwood gates!
